Chapter 1121 Faceoff-1

Amanda led them inside while looking at the lone shadow that was looking at her standing atop the tree branch.

She knew who it was just by looking at the silhouette after which he gave a short salute before vanishing inside the forest.

She went about doing her thing leaving the people who were here to look for Samuel and his team baffled.

They were sure the location shown was inside the house. The first suspicion was they were stationary for few minutes before their signals went off.

Without any news from them for few more minutes, they sent someone who was in turn scared by Amanda's tactic and Luna's presence.

But this was a different team who were specialist when it came hunting people and from the traces left in the living room they knew Samuel along with Steve and his team were just here.

Time after time they kept forgetting that as a master of deception, seemingly unlucky encounters like meeting the wolf should have been orcastrated by Samuel himself. If he was already in the home it meant he had already known about the tail outside the house.

Even after everything, they predictably fell right into his trap. Now that he had escaped to the forest it would be even harder for them to catch him.

The one who seemed to be the leader gave Amanda a stern look before taking his men out. Maybe during this mission they could find out who would definitely defect to Samuel's team if he ever try to went against the Rothschilds.

He suggested the immediate deployment of their latest drone equipped with several modes that would be able to pick up on them if they pass through any clearing.

The chances were small because it was a very dense forests with a lot of animals living in them but it was their only hope. For now, they were only thinking that Samuel would spend the night in the forest and change location tomorrow.

They were alert enough to take cover. Even the wolves followed the humans which could become their downfall but with Samuel's aura they knew it wasn't a game but serious situation.

Suddenly they heard a low growl of a drone which was very distinct especially when they were already aware that something was coming. If not for Samuel, they would have been discovered right about now.

The drone captured the image, what they saw confused them for a moment. Since they didn't have time to hide, the best they could do was ditch the bags and just lay alongside the wolves masking their heat signature.

Samuel didn't chose Luna probably because the people at the HQ believed that she was still with Samuel and his party.

With her missing presence they would think these wolves were just laying here recovering after their fight with him and were too tired to do anything.

With such a clever plan, there was little chance for them to find them out right? Wrong, after all not everyone was comfortable with laying down with a wild wolf. It was Drake who disrupted the serene scene leading the HQ to finally locate Samuel for the first time since he entered the Estate.

With their cover blown, Samuel knew they only had less than three minutes before the people arrive to apprehend them.

Uncle Daniel would always stretch out the time and even now knowing their best time was more than three minutes, they would definitely be here earlier just to surprise them.

At the same time, he would be sending helicopters to form a rock solid perimeter just so that his 'fish' didn't have a chance to sneak out.

He was devious with his plans, forming the perimeter where he would think the target would be their weakest, just inches away from their freedom.

Samuel was aware of all the psychological tortures that he would put over these people just to break their spirit making it easier for him to do the final catch.

" Hurry up and grab whatever you can. This will be an interesting fight one where I hope our team could be victorious."
