Chapter 298 Harry’s Discovery
Chapter 298 Harry’s Discovery
Hagrid and Slughorn were gone, and Harry flung open the Invisibility Cloak.
"Why is Professor Slughorn here?"
Hermione looked around the hut. "I guess it's for the materials in Hagrid's room. I forgot that we ran into him when we came here. He was talking to Professor Sprout and took a lot of plant leaves."
Gloria and Draco lift the Disillusionment Charm.
Draco said, "He is the professor of Potions. The materials are funded by Lori. As long as you apply, you can basically get the corresponding materials."
"But if he doesn't apply, he can ask the Herbology and Magical Creatures professors for some, and the extra ones will belong to him." Gloria said calmly, "The funeral is over, let's go back now."
As they walked out the door, Harry's voice came from under the invisibility cloak, "Professor Slughorn not only likes to collect outstanding students, but also likes to collect objects."
Draco said, "If I'm not mistaken, he collects good things."
The two of them kept silent.
After entering the castle, Harry lifted the Disillusionment Charm and put away his Invisibility Cloak.
Gloria said, "I'm going to look for our dean. If you're okay, please go back to the lounge. It would be bad if your classmates found out you're not here."
"Okay." Hermione took Harry's arm, "Let's go first."
The two figures disappeared quickly, and Draco mocked, "Perhaps it's a good thing that Weasley didn't come. I remember how afraid he was of spiders in his third year."
Gloria held his hand and waved it, "Go back to the lounge and wait for me. I'll be back soon."
Draco walked her all the way to Professor Snape's door before leaving.
After knocking twice, the door opened automatically.
Professor Snape was not brewing potions this time, and there were a lot of homework on his desk.
"what's up?"
This is the first time I have entered this office since the start of sixth grade.
"I want to ask about the improvement of the potion." Gloria said: "It's been almost two years. Is it going well?"
Snape put down his pen and said, "I have very little time to study this this year. Bellatrix has a scar left by the evil curse you cast on her. Whenever she sees me, she makes a scene and asks for a pain-relieving potion. I can't refuse her. Headmaster Dumbledore is cursed and needs a potion to temporarily relieve the symptoms."
Gloria chuckled. "I feel relieved knowing that she is in a lot of pain. Apart from my father's parents, she is the one who pushes the most."
Bellatrix was like a fanatical believer, demanding that everyone in the family be loyal to Voldemort. As her cousin, Regulus was of course the focus of her attention.
That kind of 'care' just makes people feel suffocated.
"I still need some time to give you the most perfect potion before graduation." Snape said, "You need to be prepared for Headmaster Dumbledore's current situation. Although I haven't revealed it, the Headmaster will eventually pass away."
"Thanks for reminding me. I've thought about this." She said, "If that person fails completely one day, can I ask you to do something?"
Snape's dark eyes were deep, "I don't think the Dark Lord will fail so easily."
"I think so." Gloria said bluntly, "I mean after he fails, not now."
"explain."
"I would like to ask you to develop a new textbook for potions." Gloria said, "Since the second grade, I have found that the steps for brewing potions are not so perfect. As the grade increases, this imperfection becomes more and more obvious. This year, it is even harder to ignore. But the steps you have sorted out are very good."
Snape said in a deep voice: "I need to think about it. You know my ambition is to be a professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts."
"Okay. I hope to get some good news." She took out one of the bottles of venom. "The venom of the Acromantula, maybe you can use it."

A week later, Crabbe and Goyle's confinement ended, and the mysterious action began again.
The elves that Gloria had sent were already following them.
Harry went to Headmaster Dumbledore's class again, and his expression has been much more serious recently. Even Ginny and Dean's breakup didn't make him much happy.
Gloria received a rare letter from Grindelwald, reminding her that there were less than two months left until summer vacation.
In the Charms class, the note was passed from student to student and finally landed in Gloria's hands.
Draco's alertness was fully aroused, and he looked over and saw that it was a note from Potter.
"Looking for you at this time?"
"Maybe it's something." She put the note down. "After class it will be lunch time. I'll go talk to him. It shouldn't take much time."
Draco certainly had no objection, he just glared at Harry in displeasure.
After class, Gloria and Harry walked in the opposite direction of the crowd, wearing invisibility cloaks while Harry looked at the Marauder's Map.
He didn't collect the live point map until the classroom was empty with the least number of people around.
"Leah." He pulled off the cloak. "Have you noticed Crabbe and Goyle?"
Gloria wondered why he noticed these two, "What's wrong?"
"I saw them sneaking around once, so I followed them," Harry said. "Because I was afraid of being discovered, I watched where they went, and they disappeared on the eighth floor. Later I realized they went to the Room of Requirement."
“What do you doubt?” she asked.
"It's obvious that there's something wrong with them." Harry said firmly, "Plus we saw them in Knockturn Alley, so we all suspect that they are working for that person...
He remembered clearly that Crabbe and Goyle's fathers were both Death Eaters.
Gloria said nothing else, only asked him: "What did Headmaster Dumbledore tell you about the Horcruxes?"
Harry had already realized that Gloria would know more about Horcruxes than he did.
"Headmaster Dumbledore showed me Professor Slughorn's memories and told me how many Horcruxes he had," Harry said. "He also said that you got the memories when we went to see the professor together."
"It's me." Gloria nodded. "If it wasn't for Golinia having this ability, I would have to trouble you to retrieve the memory."
"The headmaster said that several Horcruxes have been destroyed. In addition to the diary, the locket and the ring, there is also a Ravenclaw diadem that you found in the Room of Requirement." Harry pursed his lips and said, "So knowing that Crabbe and Goyle went there, I suspected that they were looking for the diadem."
"It seems we all think the same thing." She said, "But it's okay. I took the crown away, and the remaining soul was transferred and destroyed. Professor Flitwick put the crown away."
"But..." Harry hesitated, "When we used the Room of Requirement in fifth year, we didn't find any crown at all."
"The Room of Requirement is a room that is transformed into a corresponding room according to the needs of the user. The room where the crown is placed is a hiding room." She said: "I only discovered the room last year when I accidentally saw Fred and George secretly hiding fireworks there."
"Hide something?" Harry muttered. "No wonder I couldn't make the room appear after they left."
"Anyway, I'm keeping an eye on this." Gloria said, "Just go to class as normal."
Harry wondered, "How?"
Gloria smiled calmly, "House elf."
