Chapter 392 The Mechanical God Has No Heart 15

Seeing "Lin Huanming" rush over, Feng Yuhan and Wang Yinghui, who were still wondering, also realized what was happening. They quickly followed and helped "Lin Huanming" carry K011 back to the lab to charge it.

Fortunately, K011 activated its power-saving mode when it realized the battery was low, which is why it stopped suddenly while doing somersaults but didn't fall directly to the ground.

After a great deal of effort to move K011 back to the lab, the three of them quickly plugged in the power cord to charge K011. After charging for a while, Lu Renkui saw a flash of blue light in K011's eyes—this was a sign that K011 had been charged to the point where it no longer needed to activate the power-saving mode.

"K011, how are you feeling now?" Lu Renkui saw K011 raise her head and thought that K011 should be alright now.

“I’m fine, Professor Lin,” K011 replied with a blink. “I will reduce the frequency of the movements in the future. Doing so many movements is really too much of a drain on electricity.”

"Okay, good to know." Lu Renkui patted K011's hair and then said to K011, "Because you overdid it today, you'll have to stay in the lab to recharge from now on."

“Okay, Professor Lin,” K011 replied, then made an expression on his face, his lips turned down and his brows furrowed, as if he were regretting something.

Lu Renkui took out a small device, which clearly recorded the cause and effect of K011 making that expression. Feng Yuhan and Wang Yinghui recorded K011's second expression, and both of them looked very excited—K011 made the expression in a shorter interval than they expected.

“Since we can’t go out this afternoon, we’ll ask you some questions.” Lu Renkui thought for a moment and decided not to be idle. Anyway, there was still some time before they got off work, so he would take this time to chat with K011 and guide K011 toward benefiting mankind.

“Okay, Professor Lin.” K011 blinked, then asked, “May I ask you a question after you’ve asked me one?”

“Okay, K011,” Lu Renkui said. “Let’s treat this as a game, and we’ll ask each other questions. I’ll go first—K011, what has impressed you the most these past few days?”

K011 blinked, and Lu Renkui picked up the small machine to watch K011's analysis process. Then she heard K011 say, "My answer is green."

"Why did you answer green?" Lu Renkui had read K011's analysis and knew why K011 answered that way, but she still wanted to hear K011 explain it. Most people would answer what impressed them the most by saying what they saw or what they experienced, but K011 answered with color.

“I categorized many of the things I’ve seen these past few days, and I found that plants were the most numerous. And these plants all have one thing in common—most of them can be classified as green,” K011 replied. “Humans tend to have a stronger impression of the things they see most often, so my answer is green.”

Lu Renkui nodded after hearing K011's answer. Then, Wang Ying, who was behind him, responded with some doubt and asked, "But you've actually spent the most time in the lab these past few days, right? Why don't you remember the white and silver colors in the lab?"

“The laboratory is too monotonous in color,” K011 replied. “It’s not as colorful as the green outside. There are only a few colors. Based on human behavior, people don’t have a profound impact on a monotonous place like a laboratory.”

"So that's the reason?" Wang recalled, then wrote down K011's answer.
