"Huh?!" Akagi looked up nervously.
“…” Bismarck stretched out her hand and pointed to the vinegar bottle next to Akagi, “Bring me the vinegar.”
"Oh, okay." Akagi seemed relieved and handed the bottle to Bismarck.
It seems like Akagi is subtly afraid of Bismarck.
Shiro slurped his noodles while looking at Akagi.
Is he worried about questions about the reasons behind Akagi's actions over the past three months?
Xiao Bai hesitated for a moment after thinking about this.
Xiaobai really doesn't know how to deal with Akagi's situation for the time being. If possible, Xiaobai really wants to pretend that nothing happened.
The dinner party ended in this wonderful atmosphere.
Even though no one was wearing a poker face, the atmosphere was inexplicably more oppressive.
"Akagi, may we sleep at your house tonight?" Bismarck asked Akagi after finishing the meal and clearing away the dishes.
"Sure, but as for beds, there's only my bedroom and Kaga's room."
“Little White, you can share a bed with me. I remember your bed is quite big,” Bismarck said. “Yamato and I will sleep in the living room.”
"You can sleep in Kaga's room."
"No need. Do you have any extra bedding? We can just spread it out in the living room."
“…Yes, there is.” Akagi returned to the bedroom, brought out several sets of bedding, and spread them out in the living room with Bismarck.
After laying out the blankets, Akagi sat on the quilt, clenched her hands, lowered her head, and remained silent for a while.
“…Give me a few more days,” Akagi said softly.
Akagi's voice drew the attention of Shiro, Bismarck, and Yamato.
“…Give me a few more days to sort out the house issue, and then…say goodbye to everyone around me…and go back with you,” Akagi said softly.
Akagi is certainly not stupid. Bismarck and Shiro have been here for so long without mentioning returning to the naval base. It's not for any other reason than to be mindful of Akagi's condition and want to leave the initiative to Akagi.
It's clear that Akagi isn't ready to go back yet.
"Hmm, no rush." Bismarck and Little White exchanged a glance, then nodded. "Is there anything you're worried about in human society?"
"No, not at all." Akagi forced a smile. "I haven't seen many people for three or four months, so why would I miss them?"
Bismarck nodded.
Before we knew it, night had fallen.

It was all blurry and indistinct; I couldn't see anything clearly.
It was as if everything was blocked by rough frosted glass, and everything became blurry.
Even the sounds coming from the surroundings seemed to have been filtered through layers, like echoes, chaotic and disordered.

"...Akagi!"
Then, Lexington's voice rang out in front of him.
"Ah!" Akagi snapped out of her daze and saw Lexington sitting at the admiral's desk, having just put down the papers in his hand.
Lexington, seeing Akagi's absent-minded appearance, said nothing.
"Listen to me carefully, Akagi." Lexington gave Akagi a faint smile.
She was smiling, but it was heartbreaking.
“After all, you’re about to leave us.” Lexington looked deeply at Akagi, as if trying to remember Akagi’s appearance.
Lexington handed the paper in his hand to Akagi: "These are the documents you applied for, and they've been processed for you."
Akagi accepted the document and looked around.
Apart from Lexington and the table beneath her, which were clearly visible, the rest of the area remained a blurry mess, though the colors were still barely discernible.
This is the admiral's office of the naval base.
"Akagi, are you really leaving?" Lexington looked at Akagi, his eyes clearly trying to persuade her to stay.
Akagi wanted to speak, but found himself like a soul possessing another person, unable to make any movements. He could only watch as the person he possessed opened his mouth and spoke a few words to Lexington.
Surprisingly, Akagi couldn't hear what she was saying; she could only hear the gurgling sound of water.
"Oh, I see." Lexington seemed to understand perfectly well, but her eyes dimmed.
"Chicheng" spoke a series of words to Lexington again.
Lexington shook his head: "Yeah, I know, it's okay."
"Chicheng" then said a series of words.
"Thank you, but I won't leave. I'm staying here." Lexington shook his head again, smiled at Akagi, and then reached out to touch the table in front of him.
"If I leave, the naval base will truly cease to exist," Lexington said softly.
Lexington's smile pierced Akagi's heart with a tearing pain.
The surrounding scenery suddenly changed.
Akagi looked around, but the scenery was still blurry. However, she could still roughly tell from the colors that this was the plaza of the naval base.
Akagi noticed that there was a blurry ship girl following behind her.
—It must be Kaga.
As Akagi looked at the figure that was so close yet so blurry, he thought to himself.
Chapter 362 Dream (Part 2)
Akagi wanted to reach out and touch Kaga's face, but unfortunately, this body of hers did not belong to Akagi, but to another "Akagi". She could only change her perspective and could not actually reach out her hand.
Moreover, it seems that Kaga, who is blurred out, is not the "protagonist" of this scene, as he does not perform any actions.
Akagi could only turn away helplessly.
Sure enough, as Akagi turned his head, a person appeared whose figure could be clearly seen.
Hu De walked over from the other side of the square with red eyes.
Akagi looked down at the sparkling ring on Hood's finger, her heart filled with bitterness.
Hu De drew closer and closer until he stood before Chi Cheng.
Chicheng bowed to Hu De.
Hu De didn't say a word, walked past Akagi, and headed towards the dormitory building.
Akagi gave a wry smile.
Just as Hood walked further and further away, eventually becoming a blur, on the other side of the square, the figure of Renown appeared clearly in front of Akagi. She sat on a bench with her head down, her long golden hair draped over her shoulders, clutching the ring on her hand, lost in thought.
The figure of the reputation was quickly swallowed up by the blurry scenery behind it.
Immediately afterwards, four blue figures appeared in front of Akagi.
Of the four figures, only one was clear – it was Fubuki. The other three were blurry, but since they were next to Fubuki, they must be her three younger sisters.
"Akagi-neechan? Where are you going with Kaga-neechan?" Fubuki asked.
"Akagi" squatted down, stroked Fubuki's head, and said something.
"is it far?"
"..."
"Will you come back?"
"..."
"How long will it take?"
"..."
"Akagi-neechan..." Fubuki grabbed Akagi's clothes, tears streaming down her face. "Please don't go..."
Chicheng remained silent.
Fubuki let go of Akagi's clothes, covered her eyes, and ran away crying.
The other three blurry figures quickly gave chase.
"Akagi" stood there squatting on the ground for a long time before covering her face and muttering something repeatedly.
"Fubuki, I'm sorry, Fubuki, I'm sorry... I'm sorry..." Although she couldn't hear what Akagi was saying, Akagi still knelt on the ground. She apologized while covering her face, and tears streamed down her face.
The surrounding environment changed again.
This time, we arrived at the gate of the naval base.
Bismarck, reeking of gunpowder, walked up to Akagi.
"Gone?" Bismarck walked up to Akagi with an expressionless face and asked him.
"Akagi" nodded.
"Have a safe journey," Bismarck said, then skipped Akagi and walked towards the gates of the naval base.
For some reason, Akagi suddenly turned around and shouted at Bismarck.
Bismarck stopped, turned around, and looked at Akagi with a puzzled expression.
"What's wrong?" Bismarck asked.
"Akagi" pointed to himself and kept talking to Bismarck.
“No need to apologize,” Bismarck waved her hand. “I don’t blame you.”
Bismarck stepped onto the threshold of the naval base gate, looking down at Akagi: "What you don't want to take responsibility for, just leave it to me."
“I’m fine,” Bismarck said calmly, then turned and walked into the naval base.
Bismarck's words seemed to have a magical power, draining all of Akagi's strength.
Unbeknownst to him, Akagi gradually gained control over "Akagi's" body.
Akagi knelt down with a thud, staring at the gate of the naval base.
A wonderful tactile sensation came through my fingers.
Akagi lowered her head and looked at her fingers.
The ring on my ring finger was slowly melting, just like butter.
"No...no! No!" Akagi hurriedly reached out and grabbed the finger, but the ring still melted uncontrollably, flowing from Akagi's fingertip to the ground.
"At least, you should leave this to me..." Akagi quickly picked up the diamond from the ground and held it in her palm.
Then, the diamond turned into a puddle of water the moment it touched Akagi's skin.
Holding the puddle of water, Akagi finally broke down, unable to contain her emotions any longer.
"Waaaaah..." Akagi collapsed to the ground and cried her heart out.
The scene shifts again.
This time, Akagi sat on his own sofa.
She quickly raised her hand and looked at it.
The ring is still there, resting securely on my finger.
Akagi breathed a sigh of relief, a huge weight lifted from her shoulders.
Then, the next second, Akagi found himself in front of Kaga's blurry figure, saying something to him.
Unlike Lexington, Bismarck, Hood, Renown, and Fubuki, Akagi couldn't see Kaga clearly or hear what she was saying.
After Kaga finished speaking, he left.
The scene then shifts again.
