Chapter 20 Speaking Human Language
Chapter 20 Speaking Human Language
"Brother Sheng, over here!"
Sapphire pointed to a corner of the vast venue where a spiral staircase made of rosewood stood.
Further up the escalator, there is a series of elevated seats that surround the arena and are positioned at the best angles.
Those seats offer excellent views, and each seat is like a private VIP box.
Standing inside the VIP box, there is a clear, bright floor-to-ceiling window, from which you can clearly see every detail of the boxing match.
Shapi led Song Sheng up the escalator, and when they arrived at the door of VIP room number 7, they informed the suited guard at the door.
After receiving permission from inside, Song Sheng went inside alone.
The private room was quite spacious, with a glass coffee table in the center, on which were placed drinks, coffee and some high-end desserts.
Mia, the white woman I had met at the Golden Phoenix Restaurant before, was sitting quietly in a corner of the sofa with a reserved and elegant posture.
The other big water pipe, Xie Chenyu, was still like a fairy, lazily sinking into the sofa, as if she was dozing with her eyes closed.
Behind the two men, the white man, the Muay Thai fighter, and the Asian man each stood guard to one side.
Upon hearing the commotion, all eyes immediately turned to Song Sheng.
Xie Chenyu leaned comfortably against the sofa and said, "I remember you were the first one to be notified, but you were the last to arrive. You're really punctual."
Song Sheng bowed slightly politely and said, "Am I late? If so, I'm very sorry."
My gaze swept over it.
Are there only these few people? Isn't Queen Pei here?
Mia looked up: "I'm not late, Song. Carp was just joking with you."
Xie Chenyu rolled her eyes at Mia, annoyed.
But behind her, the Asian man who had been silent suddenly spoke to Song Sheng in a serious tone.
Song Sheng hadn't studied Tokyo Hot films thoroughly enough before, so he regretted not understanding the meaning of that sentence. However, he could tell from the distinctive accent that it was undoubtedly Japanese.
Song Sheng turned his head to look at the other person.
Xie Chenyu seemed to take a liking to it and translated with a smile: "What Sasaki just meant was that you should sincerely apologize to the beautiful and generous me."
"..." Song Sheng glanced at the Asian man with surprise.
As expected, being a simp knows no nationality.
Mia wanted to say something on Song Sheng's behalf, but Xie Chenyu interrupted her: "Mia, we only have an employment relationship with them, and this is a conversation between boxers. We shouldn't interfere too much."
Mia looked at Song Sheng.
Song Sheng stared at Sasaki and suddenly asked, "What did you just say?"
Sasaki understood, but still repeated it again in Japanese.
Song Sheng calmly replied, "I can't understand what you're saying. Speak Chinese!"
Sasaki deliberately repeated it again in Japanese, raising his voice slightly.
Seeing that there was going to be a good show, Xie Chenyu looked over with sparkling eyes.
Song Sheng stared intently at Sasaki: "You little devil! Speak like a human!"
Upon hearing this, Sasaki raised his voice dramatically: "China—"
Xie Chenyu, who was looking forward to watching a good show, immediately changed her expression upon hearing this.
But Song Sheng reacted even faster than her, leaning forward.
Only a dark shadow remained, and it pounced towards the opponent!
Song Sheng immediately pierced the throat!
Sasaki hadn't expected him to attack so suddenly, and with such ferocity!
He hurriedly retreated, dodging the attack.
Song Sheng's straightened fingertips grazed his misaligned carotid artery.
After the first strike, Sasaki still didn't have time to turn defense into offense. Instead, he once again narrowly turned his head to the side, dodging Song Sheng's other hand that followed closely behind!
But even after it happened once or twice, it happened a third time!
Even though he barely avoided being stabbed in the throat twice, Song Sheng's third counterattack caught everyone off guard and struck Sasaki squarely in the throat when he was leaning to the side!
Sasaki staggered back two steps, clutching his throat where he was feeling suffocated. His face was pale. When he hurriedly looked up, he saw a figure taking a leap.
Song Sheng unleashed a powerful and sweeping palm strike that rose and fell high!
Bang!
Sasaki felt a buzzing in his head, and he was completely stunned, as if he had been slapped.
His already unsteady body immediately collapsed to his knees!
His forehead slammed heavily onto the floor with a dull thud!
On the sofa, Xie Chenyu suddenly stood up, staring intently at Sasaki, who was forced to kneel there with his head on the ground.
She wasn't really angry; she was mostly just shocked!
Song Sheng stood in front, looking down at the kneeling Sasaki, a sinister smile on his face: "Little devil, can you talk now?"
Sasaki couldn't even open his mouth. The suffocating feeling hadn't subsided when he crashed headfirst into the ground again. The fact that he hasn't lost consciousness yet is thanks to his good physical condition.
Song Sheng crouched down beside him and said lightly, "You should be glad this isn't a boxing ring."
Otherwise, I'll definitely beat you to death!
Boom!
Suddenly, the door to the private room was quickly opened.
Hearing the commotion, two men in suits who were guarding outside forced their way in, quickly drew their guns, and pointed the dark muzzles directly at Song Sheng and Sasaki.
Xie Chenyu turned her head and said calmly, "This is none of your business. You can all leave."
The men in suits were taken aback. After glancing at the situation in the middle of the room and realizing that the problem wasn't serious, they bowed their heads, apologized, and retreated.
The private room fell silent again, with only Sasaki's rapid, gagging breathing remaining.
Mia suddenly spoke up at this moment: "Carp, you can stay here. I'll take them to Sister Pei's place."
Xie Chenyu remained silent.
Mia, with the white-clad man by her side, turned and waved to Song Sheng again: "Song, let's go somewhere else."
After leaving the private room, Mia looked at Song Sheng curiously: "Was that Chinese kung fu you were doing just now?"
"I didn't use the most standard set. In order to make the first three moves faster, I held back some of my strength."
"I see."
By the way, Song, I just saw that you hit the other person's skull with your hand at the end, right? Are you alright?
Song Sheng glanced at her and patiently explained, "If you're straightforward and hit someone's skull with your hand, naturally no one will come out unscathed."
But the force used when striking was skillful; that strike was more about hanging downwards to make him knock down!
Moreover, Song Sheng had some selfish motives.
In that situation, it wasn't convenient for him to go too far in person, but it would be different if they were on the ring.
To prevent his opponent from leaving immediately, Song Sheng deliberately held back a bit when he made his move.
With just a short break, they can basically recover to the point where they can return to the ring.
Song Sheng's move was just to create a grudge first, and they would settle the score on the arena later.
