Chapter 147 Returning to the Severus House

It felt like there were more and more people in the compartment. Now, in addition to the six of us, even the Harry Potter trio had come into our compartment.

"Ayers, are you reading a letter?" Fred, sitting next to me, looked at me curiously as I held the letter and read it.

"Well, it seems my family needs to go abroad this holiday, so I'll probably be alone at home for a while." I read the letter, and it seemed that Riddle and my older brother had some business to attend to and needed to leave home, so they probably wouldn't be able to spend the holiday with me.

"So, are we still going to Diagon Alley together that last week?" Fred was used to us going to Diagon Alley together every semester.

"Let's go, I'll come see you guys in my last week." Anyway, I'll be spending the first half of the holiday with Siever, and the second half at home, so having a week free to go to the Burrow is no problem.

"I should be fine." Cedric was fine with anything; he didn't have any plans.

“Me too.” Oliver didn’t have any plans either, so he could also go to Diagon Alley with us.

"No, I just arrived." Severus reached out and took my hand. With a 'Phantom Shift,' we returned to Severus's house.

"Have you cleaned up yet?" When I got back to Severus's house, I didn't see any dust in the living room.

“I haven’t cleaned the rooms yet; I only cleaned the hall.” Severus picked up his wand, intending to continue cleaning.

"Go buy some groceries and come back so I can cook. I'll take care of the cleaning." I stopped Severus from cleaning and told him to go buy some things.

“Okay, then I’ll go out to buy things, and you can stay home and tidy up.” Severus used Apparition again; he was really fast.

Since the lobby has already been cleaned, I'll go clean the rooms.

He went up to the second floor and came to his room. He used a staffless spell to clean the room, which he hadn't lived in for a long time, and made it spotless.

Then I placed the sleeping moon in my hand into the cat's bed.

After finishing tidying up his own room, he closed the door and walked toward Severus's room.

I don't know if it's because of our current relationship, but the Severus room that used to be locked is now open to me.

I pushed open Severus's room, went in, and first cast a 'Clean Up' spell without a staff to clear away the dust from the place that had been uninhabited for some time.

They also replaced Severus's bedding with a new set, and threw the old ones back into the mobile backpack, cleaning them up with the system's black technology.

Then I went downstairs to the kitchen, and 'cleaning it up' became a basic operation. Just as I finished cleaning the kitchen, Severus came back with bags of things.

I was stunned for a moment. This Severus was so lifelike, no longer the serious and cold Severus I knew. It was as if I had dragged him down to earth.

"Ayers, what are you standing there for? Come and help me with this." Severus saw me standing there in a daze and handed me what he was holding.

"Why did you buy so much?" I looked at Siever with curiosity, it was the first time I had ever seen him bring back so many things.

"These are all your favorite foods, so I bought too much without realizing it." Severus wasn't sure what he was thinking at the time; he only realized it after he finished buying them.

"That's the most beautiful love confession." I looked at Sievere with delight.

"Then I'll trouble you to make me something to eat. I might need to go and refine some potions later; I have an order that might be a bit urgent." Severus placed the food on the table.

"Okay, I'll call you when it's time to eat. You can go ahead and get busy." I pushed Siever out and let him go about his business.
